Get the most of your ERP, accounting software, warehouse management system, and other software automation solutions with SWK’s Help Desk or Support Plan. All SWK customers are eligible to receive help desk support.

We also offer an affordable Premiere Support Plan that provides you with unlimited telephone and remote support for one low annual rate.  Our help desk consultants are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Support cases are handled on a first come, first served basis with priority given to mission-critical issues.

The Premiere Support Plan includes unlimited help desk, guaranteed response time, consulting for 3rd party add-ons, discounts off Sage 100 training classes, and more.
